Who Am I?
Throughout my 30 years of Supply Chain Management and Procurement experience across construction, property development, utilities and telecoms sectors I have brought a passion for delivering efficient and effective procurement practices and supply chain risk and performance management solutions.

Priding myself on changing the belief that ‘procurement policy’ is too time-consuming and repetitive into a value-adding and efficient best practice reality. Taking the time (and cost) out of due diligence and risk management, always with the aim of doing it right being easier than not.

I have delivered “industry-leading” (not my words!) SCM systems, processes and governance to manage and mitigate risks and improve performance across large, complex supply chains.

As well as realising significant benefits to projects and the wider businesses, they have also become an essential part of work winning as client and best practice requirements have demanded ever more from our projects and therefore supply chains.

Harnessing the data collected to put information into the hands of decision makers to make the best decisions, feed senior management reporting and showcase to clients how it can drive their success.
